Two houses in the middle of these lands and no nuisance.
The mansion has beautiful spacious spaces and upstairs there is a functional and well insulated apartment. There are beautiful fireplaces but the whole house is heated by a heat pump. The trees around the house provide the necessary shade on the terraces.
Near the mansion is the guest house and a large 15x5 mosaic swimming pool with a diving area. There is a poolhouse, shower, toilet, pétanque.
In the beautiful 1000m2 barn there are 18 boxes including 3 for broodmares. Above the boxes there is a large attic for storing straw and hay, and a hatch to each box to lower the straw. A tack room and a grooming and shower area are next door.
When it comes to manure, it's child's play, the manure goes down to a slab below.
The area is divided into 4 large parks, all accessible by jeep.
Around the house are 25ha of beautiful, well-maintained meadows for horses and the harvest of excellent hay.
In the hollow of a meadow there is a lake with the possibility of camping (electricity, septic tank)
A path crosses the woods to go up to the plateau meadow with beautiful spring grass. There is a ruin of a house.
The woods are maintained by deer for which there is an authorization with breeding number (hunting, meat)
The estate is sold with its renowned horse breeding name.
