Placing an ad to sell your rural property on ma-propriete.fr is done in a few simple steps. Nevertheless, we wanted to help you as much as possible through this guide of the steps and some advice.

To create an ad, you must first create a customer account. See our article Create my customer account for more information.
On the home page or any page, click on the "Post an ad" button at the top right.
You arrive in the "My ads" section of your customer account.
You have to fill in a form with different fields:
Category 1 and sub-category (required): By clicking on the ˅ arrow, a drop-down menu appears offering the sub-categories of each section. Scroll down to the sub-category that suits you.
Category 2 and sub-category (optional): You can choose to post your ad in a 2nd category or sub-category to reach more buyers.
Ad title (mandatory): This is the title that will appear in the ad listing. You can use the automatic translation or fill in an English title manually.
Description (required): This is the text presenting your property. You should present the features and benefits of your property as impartially as possible. You can use the automatic translation or manually complete a description text in English.
Area in ha (required): This is the total area of your property in hectares. 1ha = 10 000 m².
Organic Agriculture sticker: By ticking this box, the presentation of your ad will include an "Organic" sticker to highlight it.
City (required): This is the city where your property is located. The geolocation options of your ad are calculated in relation to this city.
Exact price or range (required): You can choose between displaying the exact sale price on the ad or only displaying a price range which allows you to keep a stronger confidentiality.
Geolocation (required): You can choose the level of geolocation of your property:
This choice makes it possible to meet everyone's desire for confidentiality while responding to a strong demand from buyers.
You must mention the state and the result of your ECD diagnosis.
Reminder: An ECD diagnosis is compulsory before any sale, if your property includes a house.
This information concerns estate agents, notaries and other professionals who must specify the charge and amount of the transaction fees. A private individual does not have to complete these fields.

All you have to do is click on the "Save" button to validate your ad.
After validation, your ad will be checked by our customer service. If your advertisement respects our distribution policy, it will be distributed within 48 to 72 hours.
