The domaine of 55 HA contains around 52 HA cultivated with vines the majority classed AOP Costiere de Nimes with parcels classed IGP pays d'oc .
Production is iexcess of 27,000 bottles for the start of 2025, this is expanding for the future as more sigificat markets are egotiated. This includes 5 000 bottles includingAOP Costireres de Nimes ( Rose, Blanc, Rouge) , IGP pays d'OC ( Gris, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonay, Grenache rose) and VSIG Moelleux Sorelli. . IGP d'Oc is also sold in 5/10l BIB. A similar quantity of grapes is also handled by the Cave cooperative.

The majority of Domaine wine is sold to restaurants,, bars and sales outlets but a tasting and sales point will be operating in the Domaine this year.

There is a winemaking cave of around 400m2 including 32 fibre cuves two wine presses and other production equipment . This building houses storage and also a tasting room.

A large open frointed 680m2 barn structure houses the agricultiural machinery and vehicles. This building includes a 100m2 closed mechanical workshop.

A second enterprise is based on the reception hall which has 250m2 interior plus 140m2 of covered terraces plus 1 HA of gardens and dedicated parking .
