The house is on the ground floor. It is 220 m² with 7 rooms. Two rooms were fitted out for a guest room activity.

The northern roof was redone in January 2023. The windows are in double glazing. The walls were isolated as well as the attic and the ceiling of the basement. In 2020, we installed a automatic pellet boiler with silo with its hot water tank.

Our Center d'Escape Game Fear on the vineyard consists of 3 playgrounds. The 1st was opened in June 2022, the 2nd room in January 2023 and the 3rd room in May 2024. The 3 rooms, which are being operating, are in excellent condition. There is the place to create a 4th room in this space.
The theme is linked to the history of this wine home and is played around a family rivalry against a background of jealousy. From the wrong fate to the disease that ravages the vines of the field, the players have three completely different rooms to restore all its tranquility to this place. (PS: there is no more vines on the estate, it's just for history).
The rooms offer a mix of mechanisms, padlocks and stolen doors, two rooms can accommodate 2 to 10 players and the 3rd room, 7 players, which allows you to receive large teams for Teams Buildings, EVJF and EVG, birthdays (high demand for large groups, especially in spring and end of the year). The room also includes a reception area with sofa and chairs, 2 toilets.
One of the parts of the basement can receive team building.
We also have an outdoor escape game that is played from 7 years old in one of the meadows.
