The estate comprises approx. 34 hectares of mostly mature vines, is HVE3 certified, has 3 attractive separate stone residences, a fully equipped winery with state-of-the-art technology, a wooden barrel store, a commercial shop and tasting room and operational farm equipment necessary for an autonomous vineyard through each season.
The vineyard lies on a 42 hectares site of predominantly south-facing slopes with areas of neighbouring woodland. The terroir is exceptional with a very well-maintained agriculture.
The vines, which are between 12 and 38 years old, are the classic grapes of the area: 11 hectares of Sauvignon-Blanc, 1 hectare of Semillon, 12.5 hectares of Merlot, 5 hectares of Cabernet-Sauvignon, 4.3 hectares of Cabernet-Franc. In May 2024, 0.75 hectares of Chenin Blanc and 0.75 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc were planted.
The vines have been planted at a density of 3,300 per hectare conforming to AOC requirements. The planting and training of the vines has been planned to maximise machine picking and all forms of mechanical labour. Each year the vines produce an average of around 40 HL per hectare of fruit or around 165,000 bottles of red, white and rose wine. The wines are highly acclaimed for their attractive aromas: approachable, elegant and smooth. There are 6 full-time employees.
The main residence is a renovated Mediterranean style villa tastefully designed with panoramic views over the Domaine’s vines. There are 6 bedrooms, a dining room, a sitting room, an entrance hall, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a TV room. There is an entertainment terrace for outdoor dining and a swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with pool house.
There is a subterranean cellar, renovated independent guest accommodation and an attractive 3 (or 4) bedroom manager’s house (with scope for expansion).
The main residence and its guest accommodation are sold furnished (specific art, personal items and furniture excluded)and turnkey.
All the vineyard equipment, the brand and the stock (up to 2023) with a cost value of approx. €920,000 are included in the sale price and will be adjusted at the signing of the Deed according to the quantity and value of the stock.
