This includes a small fully equipped professional kitchen, store room, disabled toilet, indoor dining/seating area and an impressive 74m² covered terrace - perfect for your guests to sit, relax and enjoy a drink or bite to eat. The present owners serve their guests and local residents a selection of delicious homemade food and drinks, but how you choose to use this excellent facility will of course be your choice.
There is an above ground swimming pool, childrens play area, a variety of storage buildings, an office with a small campsite shop and a garage. There is also a retro style caravan and a small wooden cabin included that can be rented out to guests.
The present owners reside on the site all year in a luxury 2 bedroomed mobile home. This accommodation has a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom and 2 bedrooms as well as 2 terraces.
